The Tattoo Apprentice Workshop

I absolutely love being an apprentice at TA Workshop. The instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about their craft. I feel empowered to bring my artistic vision to life!

It’s been a joy at TA Workshop, really learned a lot, a pleasure and a privilege.

Awesomeness to the MAX! Other workshops were just overpriced and offered very little support.

Howsit TA Workshop just wanted to thank you once again for the wonderful insight in the tattooing industry.....especially with your patience and unique style of teaching.....and the hygiene side of it i think other artists should be doing the same thing.....from set-up n disinfect, break-down , hygiene , needles and techniques....will always remember the most important thing about tattooing is “EVERYTHING” Other artists should learn a thing or 2 from you....anyway thank you once again and keep up the good clean work

TA Workshop is really great at teaching and guiding us throughout the workshop.

The first time I stepped into TA Workshop was a memorable experience. I met my friendly mentor, who gave me a brief explanation of what the course would entail and what would I gain. From this first meeting, I got excited at the chance to learn more. When the course started, the first module we learned was Hygiene ,and we did that in-depth as it’s very important to the client and us the tattoo artist. During the duration of the course, I learned something new daily. The atmosphere of the shop was nothing but friendly. I got met with a warm welcome every time I stepped inside, and every artist would allow me to shadow them and give instructions and show me the techniques they used on the tattoo to better my understanding. The mentor I have has quite the insight into the tattoo industry as of the experience he has from the years of working in the industry, and I’m glad to be learning from him and the other artists. This has been an amazing experience, and I still have a long way to go.

Before starting the workshop, I got a very insightful briefing as to what to expect as well as what I was going to gain out of it. While busy with the course I get taught new things everyday, especially within the first week of the Hygiene module, there is so much to learn and having a great mentor certainly helps in terms of information absorption. I’m constantly surrounded by super friendly people and I’m able to shadow the other artists without them telling me to sit down and wait for my mentor, they give good advice and explain what it is they’re doing and why it’s important to do so. It’s honestly an amazing learning experience coupled with an equally amazing teacher.
